Wonderful customer service. Knew exactly where to look and how to fix it. He is the guy to call when in the campsite and need help. His little helpers are wonderful too
I have used these guys three times in the last few months for my mother's RV which she lives in full time. I live in California so it is difficult for me to take care of everything but Grant has gone above and beyond to help her. The last fix was her refrigerator that ended up needing an extra part which would take a few days for delivery. Grant texted me to see if my mom was going to be home...he did this because he wanted to bring her a temporary mini fridge so that she would have access to cold drinks and a little food!!!... read more
Technician was able to provide information via phone to help diagnose issue with kitchen slide. Following the instructions I was able to get slide working. Would recommend this service and will use again when in the area.
Tosh is incredible!! Needed to repair an RV in a pinch and he was available. Quite literally saved the day. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks!
