Called up and booked for 12pm next day (road worthy). Was asked to send text message through with my address. Did so, then never received confirmation back / a reply to my messages or next day communication to confirm the booking. I needed someone to show up, and unfortunately my personal experience wasn't a great one. Based on the business's reply to my review, it was probably a one off mishap that just happened to me.
