Updated review: well, Benita might have been decent to customers, but a few months later I had the displeasure of being transferred to "Marcie". I do realize these ppl don't care how they treat others or how they are reviewed on google, because they'll have their gov't job regardless - you basically have to commit murder to be fired in this situation. I wasn't expecting much due to the (I'm sure very valid) experiences in these reviews. But I just talked to the sweetest and most helpful lady. She deserves five stars for her customer service. Thank you. I think her name was Benita but honestly that might not be right.
Terrible. Never answer the phone, full voicemail, do not return emails, expect you to pay any errors then file for petition for refund. This dept is an embarrassment to the Stimpson administration
They never answer the phone, voicemail is always full and they won’t respond to emails. The one time I finally was able to speak to someone the call mysteriously dropped with no effort made to call me back and then when I called back, it went to the full voicemail box again so I’m sure the woman hung up on me. The city should fire the current people and start over
Zero customer service, employee was waving his arms asking do "you think I'm lying to you" simply because I asked a question to confirm his answer. Zero consistency when speaking with different employees and asking the same question. Asked to speak with a supervisor, whose first question was "are you taping our conversation" and "maybe come earlier" after being there for over a hour, apparently not enough time for the rude employee to assist me.
