Phone service is terrible, they say to wait you be on hold for an hour or so, call again and put you on hold and you have to wait so long. If you’re purchasing a product it should take 10 years to do so. Terrible !!

We returned some equipment to the Center this afternoon and also buy new walker .staff name Jude is so nice and kindness to customers, she help mum to install the parts and adjust the height of the walker .very helpful! Thanks

Such bad customer care and service. When ever I’ve called I’ve never been able to speak to someone at the first call, I have tried leaving several messages and emails for a call back and still don’t get a call back. When I do get to speak to a sales person after several attempts they tell me they’ll get back to me with the relevant information I require first thing thing the next morning and I’m still waiting.
