Took in my PS5 in for a disc drive problem, was told could take 3-5 days, Got a call in the next 2 days with the report of two total problems, a disc drive problem and an over heating problem, which were both fixed and that the PS5 was ready to be picked up, hooked it up today and it runs great! No shutting down, no error messages! You guys are awesome! Thank you guys so much!
*updated* Got my pc back yesterday and the difference in performance is night and day. Would trust them again for anything needed. Just dropped my pc off for service and place looked great staff looked knowledgeable. And even found my wife a new gaming chair at a steal of a price. They opened the box to make sure it was the exact chair my wife looked at there and wanted to make sure the pillows were included so we got what we paid for.
