Terrible experience with this repair shop. While Alex fixed my iPhone 14 Pro, the repair was sloppy—you could see gum around the phone, and the back glass he used was cheap and broke almost instantly. I took it to Apple afterward, and they said it looked like someone shot a BB gun at it. Despite multiple attempts to contact him for a warranty repair (as promised on his website), he never responded. Absolutely horrible service. Avoid this place at all costs!
Alex was great! Got an appointment the day of and he got my cracked phone screen fixed in under 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an Iphone repair for an affordable price!
My daughter shattered her iPhone screen and I called around to all the repair places in the area. Alex by far offered the best price, best service, and was the easy choice. I called at around noon and scheduled a repair for 2pm. Alex showed up to my front door at exactly 2pm and fixed the screen within 20 minutes. Hopefully I don’t break any more phones but if I do I will definitely be calling Alex again.
