Katie/Catie who answered the phone has the best phone manner/customer service ever! Very polite, helpful & cheerful! The pleasantness was just exuding out the phone, which’s lovely considering how many businesses you call/go to nowadays & they make you feel like you are an annoyance actually wanting them to do their job and HELP you. This girl is an asset to the business, very welcoming.
To whoever wants to read this. My name is Jeff Monegal and I have just had a visit from my truly wonderful physiotherapist, Rebecca Hughes. I have a badly damaged back and shoulders. I take high doses of strong pain killers but 20minutes of massaging from Rebecca gives me pain relief for most of the day. This as opposed to the 2 to 3 hours of relief from pain killers. Physiotherapist Meg has been wonderful in helping my 99 year old mother. Meg is cheerful, friendly, and very motivating. My mother exercises every day now thanks to Meg.
The Mobile Rehab Physiotherapists have been very helpful in assisting me rehabilitate from being de conditioned due to painful Psoriatic Arthritis I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism
My husband has a wonderful woman called Sue who comes to check his legs and feet as he has vascular disease. She also maintains the health of his nails on his feet and pulses etc. I am truly happy with Mobile Rehab and the care shown towards my elderly husband Alfred (aka Bernie) who is 85 years of age. I am his carer and it lessens my load not having to worry so much. We also loved the fruit cake, it was very special. Thank you for everything and please do not change a thing.
