WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED. DO NOT SUNSETTER AWNING FROM THESE JOKERS. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY HAVE HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CAME AND MEASURED, SAW WHERE AWNING WAS BEING INSTALLED, SAW THE PLANS. GOT HERE TO MY HOUSE AND COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO INSTALL, DRILLED NUMEROUS HOLES IN MY EXTERIOR WALLS. MY $6800 AWNING IS STILL NOT INSTALLED!!!! AWEFUL EXPERIENCE.
