Dr. Carolyn Cavuto and Nurse practitioner Nicole Carnival are attentive, caring, and compassionate. They always respond timely, and are able to meet the needs of all of my clients no matter what stage of life they are in. Specifically, with my hospice patients, they make sure their comfort and quality of life is in the forefront of their minds. The doctor Carolyn Covuto is rude, dismissive and lacks empathy. They are money hungry & aren’t concerned about their patients. They don’t return calls, & you’re just stuck in medical situations which require attention. If they really cared they would have an emergency number to after hours. If I can find a new mobile doctor I will. It’s ashamed that a patient has to be taken to urgent care to get seen because they failed to address a a situation prior to a holiday. Dr. Cavuto has the biggest heart, she is so warm and kind. Love the personalized care she provides to the patients at Arbor Terrace Mt. Laurel. What an amazing team!
I've had the privilege of working with Dr. Carolyn Cavuto for a few years now. She serves several of my residents. She is always very compassionate and thorough. Takes time to speak with residents as well as their families. Makes herself available after hours for any emergency. I've seen her sit after hours when one of her residents was actively dying so she would be available for emergency orders for med management to ensure comfort and to give family security in feeling their loved is being cared for until they pass. My mom died on Mother's Day 2023. Today is August 28th (100 days since her passing) and her doctor, Mobile Physician Group Medical Director DR. CAROLYN CAVUTO, has never reached out to our family. No phone call, no card. No form letter that says "sorry your mom is dead." NOTHING WHATSOEVER. Interestingly our cat died a few days ago.
