Recently my phone was about to die with very little battery power left. Found this business and was amazed by the excellent service, professionalism and integrity Craig and Josh provided. He even managed to save all my data. Certainly recommend these guys and would not hesitate in returning, which I already have done. Thank you Craig & Josh.
Absolutely horrible service. Replaced phone screen, back fell off phone hours later, returned, reglued it, phone no longer fits in phone cause the screen isn't right size for any phone cases. Then the screen got fuzzy with lines in it after 5 days and they refuse to fit it because the "back of the phone has a tiny crack in it". 400 dollars wasted, phone is in the same condition it was brought to them in less 400 dollars. They're crooks. Go somewhere else save yourself the headache of poor repairs while they don't stand by th... read more
Phone repairer won't stand by their work, after inspecting a friend's phone who took it in for a screen repair the company used the cheapest Alibaba screen that doesn't conform to the shape of any standard phone cases.
