Service was terrible. I understand things happen but they had issues fixing my iPad and instead of them keeping me updated they didn’t. I took it Friday and was told it would be ready Monday (Labor Day), the latest would be Wednesday, cool.he said he’d call Me to let me know what’s going on and when the part comes in.
