I just read reviews after dealing with this shop, and I'm afraid the general attitude of rudeness, carelessness and lack of quality control is similar to the first review after 3 years. My experience was just a little different, but enough to be provoked. It seems like his golden standard is blame-shifting and trying to defect on the customer every time he makes a mistake. Service was terrible. I understand things happen but they had issues fixing my iPad and instead of them keeping me updated they didn’t. I took it Friday and was told it would be ready Monday (Labor Day), the latest would be Wednesday, cool.he said he’d call Me to let me know what’s going on and when the part comes in.
