Poor animal management and the old men there has very rude attitude. Dont know what he' doing there if he dislike dealing with animals. Years back they had other people and better attitude and animal approach. I dont recomment it. I'll Never go back there. Pay more with a Vet that knows how to handle and has the proper equipment and knowledge how handle cats and dogs.
Not recommended for fearful cats of strangers and if you are gonna need assistance to manage your cat and dogs. I went today and they no longer get them inside the RV and closed the door as with the Pandemic Days. They want you to manouver your pet entirely and they wont asist. The old guy just want insert the needed and thats it. Looks they dont have gloves to manage and also the asistants also do not help either. Also his attitude is likesomeone hates his job. We took our dog to get spayed and we later found out they never used any IV fluids on her. They never let us know that it's not inlcuded in the surgery or even asked us if we wanted the IV fluids. We assumed they would be included already. If you want IV fluidd it's a sperate charge of $150. Instead go to Eastlake animal clinic or TLC they provide better quality care
