Had a great 45 min massage
I just had my first massage with Stephanie at Mobile Performance Therapy. Having recently run a marathon, I was looking for some help with soreness. Stephanie's plan was to flush out stiffness and work on any spots she found along the way....perfect for my stage of post race recovery
If youre body is feeling all of your hard work. Stephanie and her staff are who you need to see. Im a horseshoer and blacksmith. My body is abused by horses daily. Stephanie listened to my story figured out a plan and worked it. I highly recommend them. If youre looking for results without the foo foo spa antics give them a call now. You will thank yourself later. Invest in yourself because lifes hard these days you dont need to be in pain too. The staff is easy to work with. Mobile performance all the way.
I have worked with Stephanie since 2019. The services started off with massaging and deep tissue stretching, as part of my post operative rehabilitation of my bilateral knees surgery. With her support through my recovery period, I was able to resume my physical activity with no restrictions. Since the injury, I continue to seek deep stretching therapy to support occasional lower back pain. Stephanie is the best!!!
