My wife recently spent $492.00 at this shop. Purchase included a 45w speed charger with 2 USB-C ports. Subsequent to this we discovered that only one of the ports was working. We took it back for an exchange. Unfortunately, the other chargers in stocks were faulty as well. Instead of offering a refund, we were offered something else that didn't fit our purpose at all. Anika was amazing!!!! I was previously in a sales role and immediately noticed how good Anika was at her job! I initially came for one phone case and MAYBE a new screen protector, and left with TWO phone cases, one tripod and a privacy screen protector!! I was refused a refund for a faulty product, with proof of purchase. I have reported my experience to Fair Trading and urge everyone else to do the same. DO NOT USE.
