No stars! They had my mobile for over 5 weeks , then returned it but not mine. They would call and quote and stir would be ready, then no one would have a clue what's was going on or where my phone was. Head office were worse. All in all ever single staff member lied to me for weeks, with changing the price, saying when it was ready or not know where my phone was. All in all a really really stressful ana frustrating experience. THEY JUST KEPT LYING.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! They ‘fixed’ my phone screen for it to start glitching the same day. They proudly advertise a warranty but do everything they can to deny warranty. After bringing my phone back and explaining that this issue has been happening since the day i got it back from being repaired. They said it was my fault and made me pay for the full screen repair. The woman working at the store was amazing and made the experience so easy and was excellent for customer service. Will happily return in the event my phone is ever damaged and needing repair.
