Their personnel when they had a mobile clinic by my doctors office, did a thorough job on checking my eyes. I would use them for when I get new glasses.
This place is customer service done right! Clean, timely, and professional. What a great idea to do mobile service!!! We had issues with another traditional "brick and mortar" store in a strip mall having horrible customer service. Not anymore! We're Mobile Optix customers for life now 😀
I received my glasses and unfortunately on the same day after wearing them for so time , a piece broke off from the frame arm. I emailed their web site and they responded right way! I was able to secure an appointment near me with a minimal amount of wait time. Mobile Optix is important to me because it BRINGS me the services I needed WITHOUT the cost of a big box store.
