I never leave reviews, but he fixed my issue in about 30 seconds over the phone. He could have come out and gotten a super easy service charge, but he didn’t… in my opinion that speaks to his character. Thank you so much!

I had a problem with our high end Bosch dishwasher recently and called about six repair services in the area. Only one bothered to call back, and he did so very promptly. He promised to research the problem and get back to me. He did, the very next day, and then proceeded to tell me how to fix it myself. The solution was so simple that even I could do it. Mr. Dale is the best. I reached out to Mobile One Applicance Repair after Zajic told me that it wasn't "worth their time" to drive out to Woodland to work on my built-in refrigerator. Mr. Dale tried to help me fix the issue over the phone, so that he wouldn't have had to charge me money for a service visit. I couldn't fix the issue myself, so he scheduled a visit and fixed the problem quickly, professionally, and with good cheer. I'll be using him from now on!
