I had a great experience with Moblile One! My phone had serious screen and cable issues, it wasn’t responding to touch at all. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining clearly that the original screen connector and cable were damaged and needed to be replaced. I was offered to back up my data and was accommodated when I asked to do the transfer directly to my phone.
