Very rude just over the phone. Lady wouldn't even tell me what time they close.
I stopped by MOS on 9/25/23 to complete my DOT drug screen prior to starting CDL school. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. Furthermore, the ownder visited my CDL school on the second day and she was just a wonderful lady! I simply cannot understand the negative reviews posted to Google because they do not seem to represent the same place that I visited. My job has sent me here before I don't like it they have the parking in the back with a door but want you to use the front one... pointless making someone walk around. Showed up they didn't even bother standing up (2 females) sitting in there desk way back. Told them what I was there for and was told I could only have a certain amount of drinks of water.
