Did a quick Google search for notaries in my area near me. This guy showed up, thought he was Norman but he wasn't (I blame Google for that). He was the only option at the time and needed to get a title notarized without issue. I gave him a call to see if I set up a time with him. Unfortunately, I had some car issues but called him after.
