Tractor may be old and yes needed repair that's why I called u and paid you. Then you make some excuse that it's not a craftsman deck n why the belt didn't work. When really the belt was the correct belt but after working with a friend for 20min we realized the belt was engaged on the deck causing to much tension to not get the belt on. I expected more from a "professional". I reached out to Robert last summer to repair my 5 year old Toro mower. He came out knew what the problem was and said I will be back with the part (carburetor) I paid him for his first visit which was travel, one visit and turnpike tolls. He found and ordered my part came back out and tried repairing the mower. He could not figure out how to keep it running. It kept stalling. Did not work. Again I paid him for his time and the part, tolls and his time and I tried operating the mower and it did not run. Again he was paid for... read more

Robert was fantastic! He was able to schedule my service right away, showed up on time, did a full tune up, cleaning, blade sharpening and it started right up! Very happy with the service, highly recommend.
