I reached out to Robert last summer to repair my 5 year old Toro mower. He came out knew what the problem was and said I will be back with the part (carburetor) I paid him for his first visit which was travel, one visit and turnpike tolls. Tractor may be old and yes needed repair that's why I called u and paid you. Then you make some excuse that it's not a craftsman deck n why the belt didn't work. When really the belt was the correct belt but after working with a friend for 20min we realized the belt was engaged on the deck causing to much tension to not get the belt on. I expected more from a "professional". You should have known this if your in this business.. instead Everytime you came you acted like you didn't want to be here or tried to blame the tractor... read more
