I have no respect for a company that doesn't show their customers any respect whatsoever. Please don't waste your time with them. If you're looking for a home keep looking if you need a home delivered go with another company. I cannot tell you the countless amount of times I've tried to contact somebody from this company and then being told by the secretary (Tasha or Tinesha or T something )that she screens the phone calls and that's why she hasn't been picking up my calls.
