10/10 definitely recommend! Claude is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He went above and beyond for us. If you are looking for a mobility scooter, I definitely recommend going to see him.
I was VERY pleased with not only the level of service but with the friendliness and willingness to help that I received. I brought my Lynx L4 in to get looked at and within 15 minutes made a deal to trade my older scooter in on a brand new one and I could not be more pleased. Awesome service Awesome attitude... I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and he even unloaded my old scooter and loaded my new one..
Best price around. Claude took great care of me. I am so glad I went to his store: the one I was going to buy online because I thought it would be comfortable, turned out to be too small for me. I was able to sit on several different ones at his store until I found the one that was right for me. He gave me a great price and excellent service.
I can’t say enough good things about Claude. He goes above and beyond to make sure your scooter is in great working order. He has even made a house call. Thanks again for the awesome service.
Went to purchase a scooter for my mother and had every intention of purchasing a more expensive one. After talking with Claude and hearing his take on the different models, with regards to reliability, size, etc. We decided on a "middle of the road" model. It has every feature she needs and the tiered pricing Claude has makes the most since. There isn't any smoke and mirrors here, just Simple, Honest, sales and service.
