Amazing customer service and the work was done quick. We have had no issues.
Very likely one of the worst run operations seen in many years. Jeff and Josh definitely do not appear to be concerned about quality or customer service, only in making money. There is a significant amount of theft of WillScott property by WillScott/Action Pro employees, waste of items "throw it away, we will bill the customer". Dumping paints and other chemicals down the sinks and drains. Was told by a sales rep to have the container picked up on this day and I will have no more charges. A year later I get calls from a collection agency saying that I still owe them for time that it wasn’t on my property. Haven’t heard from them for over a year and now I have additional late fees + collection fees. Wish I chose a different company.
