Absolutely TERRIBLE Service is non-existent. Any billing issues you have they will create a "Ticket" and it goes into their systems black hole. Our company will never use them for temporary office space again.
They were quick with pricing on the phone, however they were 2 days late on the drop off.
Unit has leaked for years, now the smell of mold knocks a man down, The water has ruined my shelving and messed up merchandise packaging, I’ve also sent them checks that they didn’t give me credit for, they did patch on the roof a couple times and let it go at that
Everett went above and beyond to take care of his customers. I highly recommend Mobile Mini Nashville for all portable storage needs.
