I rarely leave bad reviews. I know how they can affect the business. That said my experience with this company was worthy of a one star I rented a generator and mini mobile office with them for over two years, always paid my bill on time, etc. This month I ended my contract with them but received a invoice in the mail for almost $1000. The reason I received it, was due to not fueling up the generator prior to returning it. I get…it’s probably their policy. This was my first experience with Mobile Mini. I knew nothing other than I wanted a container for storage. The level of customer service I received was impeccable. I worked with my local rep, Harlow, and she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond when the container I was looking at had been rented by someone else.
