I rarely leave bad reviews. I know how they can affect the business. That said my experience with this company was worthy of a one star I rented a generator and mini mobile office with them for over two years, always paid my bill on time, etc. This month I ended my contract with them but received a invoice in the mail for almost $1000. The reason I received it, was due to not fueling up the generator prior to returning it. I get…it’s probably their policy. This was my first experience with Mobile Mini. I knew nothing other than I wanted a container for storage. The level of customer service I received was impeccable. I worked with my local rep, Harlow, and she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond when the container I was looking at had been rented by someone else. She made everything so easy, answered all my questions, and followed up. Communication was great. The delivery was seamless. Danny, the driver, was so nice.
