Was setup to use them. Got charged before setup, delivery even though told not till delivery date. Then today got hit with a reoccurring fee for an item that has not been delivered or used. Been on hold for 10 min with company to get this resolved. Just got booted from the help line. Update My card was on file. Doesn't sound like when someone in my company made a reservation, that the card was switched.

I had a wonderful experience going through mobile many the containers were clean you could tell a lot care and effort put into them. The staff was friendly that, dated all my needs thanks for making my moving experience less stressful would definitely refer a friend

Used their services and once we needed the containers moved, they tore up the yard. It was winter (December) and we asked them to call before they came to ensure the ground was solid. They didn’t and got their truck stuck in the yard and made deep ruts. They had a tow truck come to remove their truck and further tore up the yard. We were asked to send pictures and quotes to repair and as of today (March) they still have not come to even address the situation. Poor customer service! Will NOT use them again!
