Very helpful and knowledgeable. Leo and Frank were a pleasure to deal with.
After two months and one day of use, they charged me for an entire third month for the storage pod. After three phone calls and many different people and promises of return phone calls, I have not received anything back--no credit or even a phone call. Very disappointed in the Mobil Mini customer service. I am a commercial contractor who uses services like this often, and I will NEVER use this company again! They basically stole money from me!
Worst customer service ever! My a/c went out and they promised for two weeks to come and fix it but didn't.
