My experience with M/Mini was GREAT! I would use them again, and not even have to price shop. Ordering the M/Mini was easy, they delivered on the day i requested, and even shared a promotional price unprovoked for my area. Horrible customer service from the beginning. We rented a used shipping container from the company that mobile mini bought out. We rented this unit for 3 years and then called them about purchasing it. They didn’t sell the rental units just new ones and kept saying they needed to talk to management and would call us back. They never did. Then mobile mini bought them and we asked to purchase the unit which we then paid full price for (the price of a new one).
