They took money out my account then claimed I didn't pay....They told me to send bank statements I did they came up with another excuse saying I owe them 700.00 when I was set up on auto pay. Long story short don't deal with this company.

We took a hiatus from using Mobile Mini, but had to use them due to availability in the area. Got my bill for the second rental month and it turns out they now charge you a $10 taxable fee if you pay by check. How ridiculous. They don't charge you a fee to pay via CC though, even though there are fees associated with that and it's disputable.

MM can get you a rental unit, office or storage, within a day or 2. But it takes 2 weeks or more to get them picked up. We rented an office unit and a storage unit. Office unit had a back wall that would move 2" or more, the hvac unit stunk and rain and wind would come into the unit on days with medium wind. Being in construction. I've used their products for many years, but this is coming to an end.
