I work at a hotel and we have had construction storage in mobile minis for years. Finally got them cleaned out and picked up. I wanted to leave a comment about the customer service I received. It was perfect. From the people on the phone to the drivers that came to pick up the units. Everyone was awesome and personable. It is hard to find anyone with great customer service anymore and I was in contact with at least 7 people. And everyone was great. Thank you!

Horrible is an understatement to say the least.Who does this company actually hire to run and manage these facilities? I don’t know how they even stay in business? Good luck with 2024 because you’re going to need it to survive.

The original price was fine but has sense went up almost $60 a month above the original contract price. When they drop off a unit you pay for pick up and delivery and then get billed a "market rate" adjustment after pickup to make up for inflation and fluctuating gas prices. Well that "Market Rate Adjustment" was over $210.00. What a scam. We originally ordered two units and the first one was fine and seemed decent despite having patches and other other flaws but the second unit was absolute garbage. Outstanding service and reliability. We have used them numerous times and each has been a good experience. From timely drop off to expedited pickups they have bent over backwards to support our requests.
