Worst of the Worst always picking their nose
Mason out sourced their ambulance service to MMR from Mason/Lansing and BOTH times I have had to unfortunately call 911 for services they have been so rude when arriving. This last time was horrible though and has no made it to where even if I was bleeding out, I'd throw a bandage on and take the risk driving myself. Britney is terrible at her job she was very rude, mean and abusive. She shouldn't be allowed to be an EMT.
