They may be able to move sick people and save lives, BUT they're billing methods leave something to be desired. A hospital is supposed to be paying a bill for the movement of a family member, but the hospital is ignoring their requests for payment. So, MMR sent me a bill to see if I'd pay it, and then asked me to ask the hospital to take a look at it? MMR, you don't know how to collect on your bills? Or, are you over billing? Clean it up, folks. :(
Very bad service, after my 87 year old Mother fell on ice and couldn't get back into her wheelchair I called fire department for help due to her being a below knee amputee. After coming out one man picked her up and sit her back in chair at which time she said her leg hurt and she wanted to go to hospital, she was told if they took her how would she get home, not at anytime did they do any vitals and left her sitting outside in cold without a offer to help get her into house.
