On Saturday March 10th MMR came to pick my 97 year old Grandmother up for transport to the ER. The 2 guys were absolutely unprofessional and downright rude to my grandma and our family. After being told by family she is very frail and they cant grab her wrists they still did it and hurt her wrist. They were also told she was too weak to stand or do steps but they made her do it and when she started to go down the scooped her up very rough and just tossed her up on the cot.
