This company transported my husband two months ago. And my husband is a first responder so keep this in mind. I have never been more Disgusted with how paramedics treat the patient and their family!! This company charged my college aged son over $600 for a 4 mile ride, that he did not even need. HORRIBLE COMPANY
The ambulance techs that transported my dad, banged his hand removing him from the vehicle. They put gauze and tape on the wound and put him in his room. No report filed. No mention to assisted living staff. It is 3 days later and his hand is still bleeding, even after 2 trips to ER. Where is the responsibility of this company. Outrageous! Do not do business with this company.
I was leaving covenant cooper today, I was on cooper at the light the light changed and the car ahead Proceeded to go,and I did as well, coming down Michigan the MMR truck (ambulance) didn’t have on lights driving the speed limit but ran the light and almost hit me I had to stop. When I blew my horn at her she laugh as if something was funny the truck number was 799
