Communication is horrible. I have ask multiple times for them to contact my therapist. I'm thinking of finding a new PCP.
I’ve been very patient but at this point I have to warn anyone from enrolling in their service. They don’t call back, they use a call center with people you can barely understand and all they do is lie to you about the status of what they are doing. I was lied to twice today. At least SR Medical never lied to me repeatedly, putting patients at risk
Not very good at keeping up with my prescriptions or updating my insurance. And getting called back is almost impossible
Dr.Conway is the best Dr. That I’ve ever come across. I’ve even worked with many and there’s no one like her. She truly cares.
I've seen Dr. Conway for over 20yrs, and I can't say enough good about her! She's an outstanding Dr., and person!
