We depended on this group for care for our mother. They suddenly stopped providing care without notifying us. We waited for response from their "medical professionals" to refill a prescription. When I finally reached someone in the office, they said, "Yeah, we don't service that (place) anymore." They didn't tell us. Their website hasn't been updated. Their business appears to be flailing. Very impressed with Daijah I feel very confident in what she's done and shes one of the best.
We have been using Mobile Medical in leu of trying to navigate getting to and from Dr. appointments ourselves. Where she has limited mobility and doesn’t drive this is a huge time saver for me and my family. With Mobile Medical they facilitate her provider coming in home for follow up appointments. The experience has been fantastic! She even looks forward to when they are coming to check in. Would definitely recommend their services!
What a great team! They are kind, answer all of my questions and are very knowledgable. Laura specifically was amazing to work with, highly recommend.
