Fantastic, friendly Staff, Clean and Professional environment. Would recommend to anyone who needs tested for an upcoming job
Made an accusation that my urine was fake!!! Within five minutes told my boss. She has serious anger issues. The only way of knowing that would be with lab.Results the lady was so rude and very unprofessional. Went to another drug test clinic, twenty minutes away and passed my drug screen no problems no issues. Lawyer up, that's all I got to say.
Unprofessional and rude. Made a complaint with State for what I assumed was faulty equipment and a false reading.
Unprofessional. said my urine didn't register a temperature. None. Not high, not low. NONE. And they felt the right to fail me for that because I wasn't going to sit around for an hour to take another test because their equipment was broken and I can prove that I'm clean it's as easy as peeing in another cup which I did with another company so I have proof. I let the company that I applied for know and also suggested they pick another drug testing company
