Highly highly recommend Charity!! When your homebound elderly loved one needs blood work you need help. Navigating the Kaiser home health system is difficult and time consuming, and paying for wheelchair transport to the hospital for a simple blood draw is not a good option. You need someone who is compassionate, caring and mobile. Charity was the ONLY phlebotomist who was willing to help us deal with Kaiser. Charity was exceptional! She responded quickly. Came to draw all three of us in our family on a holiday weekend including our 8 year old, first stick. She is kind and gentle.
Charity was Efficient and made it easy to have The lab work done. I am usually nervous about this, but Charity made it easy and was so pleasant in her approach. That I will use her again.
