I needed my radiator replaced so i hired Mobile Mechanic to take out my old one and put my new one in. He turned an easy one hour job into 3, took off in the middle of the job and wanted me to pay for the time he disappeared. Ontop of that he charged me $100 for 2 bolts which is insane.

I hired Mobile Mechanics Vancouver for routine maintenance and season wheel change. They were great. The communication was primarily with Lewis, the owner. Tinashe was the mechanic who worked on my car. I'd be happy to hire them again.

If it could be 0 stars, I would. Take your vehicle anywhere else but calling these guys. Total unprofessional, left my car a complete liability. There were bolts left loose and damaged parts. Of the 4 things they were supposed to do, 3 of them left me having to pay for double parts and refixing all the issues they left. I have lost complete faith in my vehicle. Not only did I bring up these issues with the owner, they are ghosting me and ignoring any issue they have created. I am left paying other mechanics for their neglige... read more
