He’s a very genuine person/mechanic. I had problems with my Audi a3 for more than 6 months, I went to 5 mechanics ( including MOT - passed ), no one could find what was the problem that my car sometimes “chose” to don’t start, they would see are not failed codes on the computer and they would give up. Eddie didn’t do that, he looked trying to manage what the problem was, and he said to start with what’s cheaper and what he thinks it is ( glow plug relay), and it WAS that problem. Eddie was great, he sorted ball joints and anti roll bar things on my van the same day I called, due to me explaining I was traveling next day. He did it at a better price than garage. Very friendly and professional. 100% recommend.
Not quite sure who I just spoke to on the phone this evening but for you to say " I don't know much about that van" while sounding totally half arsed like you wanted to be somewhere else and weren't actually that helpful didn't really fill me with confidence. Shame as you were really recommend 🫠
