Our focus area is within a 50 mile radius of Sulphur Springs, but we are available to service within 100 miles by appointment only on a case by case basis. We will add 20$ for the mechanics traveling over 60 miles. There is a minimum charge of $80 that includes a diagnostic assessment. Had an emergency situation on a Sunday. Called them around 2pm and left message. It is 10:25am on Monday and I haven't yet received a call back. I ended up not needing them in the long run as I got help elsewhere but the lack of a call back is inexcusable. If I could give negative stars I would.
Helped with changing out a catalytic converter with a new one I purchased. Alex was quick and informative over the process and helped with a scan afterwards to see if the low efficiency code popped up. Service was affordable and well done!
I had coolant leaking from my Volvo. It was difficult to find any local shops that would work on replacing the water pump on a Volvo. The Mobile Mechanics had no problem with it and were great on the price. He was open with me about which parts he needed to order and kept in good communication with me when there were delivery delays around the New Year holiday.
Help us through a stressful situation with a car that was having major issues in the middle of an ice storm. Can’t speak highly enough for these guys.
