My family and I are beyond thankful for Juan. I had new brakes, rotors, and a caliper replaced before coming on vacation. My wife had grinding noises start the last 15 miles of trip. After looking at her vehicle I found the 2 caliper bolts had came out (no locktite was used during installation apparently). Juan Charles was awesome! I highly recommend him. I'm sure he can't do it all the time, but he was literally at my house 3 hours after I contacted him. He picked up the necessary parts and installed them on the spot after verifying the issue. My truck was running in no time, which is important because I use it for work. He's also very reasonably priced considering he comes to you.
