Although he fixed my starter once without issue, after swapping my alternator on my other car, it was faulty and mechanic ghosted and ignored me after numerous attempts to contact. Leaving me to fix the issue myself, spending money on both a faulty and new alternator.
Bryan was initially responsive. He misdiagnosed my vehicle by telling me my alternator was bad because of a check engine light. He replaced the alternator with an incorrect one. I had to take it to another shop after trying to contact him for several months, giving me the runaround. The other shop found the problem was 1- a broken wire in my harness as to why the check engine light would never go away and 2- replaced the alternator with the correct one.
