Bryan was initially responsive. He misdiagnosed my vehicle by telling me my alternator was bad because of a check engine light. He replaced the alternator with an incorrect one. I had to take it to another shop after trying to contact him for several months, giving me the runaround. The other shop found the problem was 1- a broken wire in my harness as to why the check engine light would never go away and 2- replaced the alternator with the correct one. We don't want money from you. I want a refund for the broken and low quality part you installed on my car. You keep replying saying they want money. You are an unreliable mechanic. I have your messages with my cousin. Everything is clearly written there. You have very bad workmanship.
He was very nice and quick but he destroyed my engine. I called him over bc I was having trouble taking off my water pump and when he got there he took it off easy. When I was asking him how could I clean my oil pan he says nothing goes to his truck and puts coolant straight into the pan. I asked him are you sure that wouldn’t damage the engine he said it would be fine after I was done with the car and had multiple mechanics work on it the car couldn’t run anymore.
