These guys never answer the phone. Called 4 times this morning spaced out by 30-45 min each. Bullshit. No voicemail either. I thought this was a business.
These guys (Jay and crew) saved me. I had had a battery replaced by another mechanic who messed other things up in the process. I was without a car waiting for this other mechanic to fix his mistake for over a week. Jay got right on it! It was fixed and operating within the hour that I called them. Jay was super communicative and very efficient. I highly recommend!

I had a verbal agreement to do some work for $800. The mechanic tried to extort me for more money after the work was done. After I declined, he started asking forcefully for my key, and threatened to tow my vehicle. I had to call 2 officers to come down so we could resolve it peacefully. I only paid him the agreed upon $800. Don't get work done here unless you absolutely have no other options and get a contract in writing signed by them before they begin. The other two mechanics were polite and worked hard.
