Had a schedule appointment for same day service. He ended up rescheduling for the next day which was understandable. I scheduled my day anticipating service for the following day and he never showed up. I called no answer. I texted no response. Unprofessional.
Do not use these guys to fix your vehicle! I had them come out to put an AC compressor on my F-350 and it still isn't working. It took them two days to put it on initially which isn't a big deal in itself but they pulled the back turbo tube off so they could get light through the engine bay, again not a huge deal, but they didn't put it on correctly. Great experience from start to finish! Diagnosed my car. Showed me the problem and fixed it in the same day. Very professional. Even took the time to show my daughter how to check the oil in her car.

Well, I wish I could've been giving a 5 star review. Everything was going well. Got my car diagnosed for $80. And i already knew the issue. I told them it was the water pump. But I went through with it cause the lady on the phone seemed like she was pushing the diagnostic. But they said it will go into the repair so I was just like okay whatever.
