John did a fantastic job fixing my semi truck. We were stopped on the side of I5 and I couldn’t get it to start. John not only came out on a late night but was extremely professional and was very communicative through the whole process. The best part about John is even though he is so busy with all his other service calls, he still picked up his phone. Diagnosed and replaced a blown air compressor on one of our trucks. Completed the job over a weekend, maintained excellent communication, and offered very reasonable pricing. I manage roadside repairs for a fleet, and this shop is one of the best. We’ll be using him for any future issues with our trucks in Oregon.
Fantastic, quick, honest mechanic! We came from Crescent City for the airport and the truck started riding roughly, we were worried it wouldn't make it back home. My company got this truck from Auction, all for brake chambers had different lengths for the slack adjuster rods, it blew the diaphragm on each chamber, so four custom cut brake chambers were cut, the drive air relay valve was broken & replaced, then we discovered the Inter-Axle Relay valve was Jury-Rigged with the Drive Air Relay Valve, so he had to connect everything correctly, & everything started working good, I told them I needed more than at parts slapper like the Petro/TA, I was broken down on the on ramp & I needed a... read more
