My gear shift wasn't shifting, called these guys, waited about 30 mins, because they had a job before us, is a reasonable amount of time to wait. Very friendly, treated us like buddies, explained things to us clearly, in case we ever had the problem again, also explained a few other things to us, my car ended up needing the part after all so they came right back out, with the part!!
