After speaking with this Gentleman he sounded concerned about my vehicle. We made an appointment for him to look at/and diagnose my problem he told me to text him my address which I did and I never heard from him. He is unreliable and unprofessional. will take my business elsewhere.

I called Mobile Mechanics to see if they could put a new filter on my truck. the man that answered the phone said to text him the info and he would get me on the schedule for the next day. That was 2 days ago and I haven't heard anything from them..not even a response to my texts.
RecommendedI called Mobile Mechanics of Baltimore because my car wouldn't start. In less than a half hour they arrived at my house. The mechanic David was very pleasant and professional. He diagnosed my issue in less than 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the experience.
Diagnosis was quick I give them that , I paid them too do one service that they did not fully comply into fixing . Just for them too tell me it was another problem , ok cool. Then we schedule an appointment so he could fix the other problem . I text him that day & the day prior asking was he still coming too fix the service . No response . I have screenshots Incase anybody is wondering if I’m lying or not . I’m a honest person . Poor customer service.
