Keaton did a great job inspecting our car, very thorough and gave us great peace of mind!
Very professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, work was performed in a timely and fashionable manner. Excellent setup and service! I intend on using them for my entire fleet, Keaton has been the best mobile mechanic I have ever used in my 15 years of owning a company. Bar none best in the market!
Wouldn’t recommend. Used him to upgrade my radiator and oil filter housing. Offers a BYO parts option, at a higher rate for labor, then seems annoyed/short about it. Charges hourly, quotes five, finishes in two, then still charges for five. Noticed later on that my cold air intake manifold was not properly reattached to its port. Told us we’d need to also replace the thermostat at some point down the road, but not that it was routine any time you replace the radiator. Now dealing with major engine damage. Very suspect. Just know that if you provide your own parts, they will charge you $125 an hour, not $100. This wasn’t stated up front. Also book at your own risk. They do not offer refunds under any conditions, EVEN IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. Instead, they will lie repeatedly about how the damage was already present. If I could give a ZERO I would. I called 2 days ago and set appointment up for a diagnostic/repair for my dad who is a disabled Veteran with Dementia, I live in Texas. I scheduled the appointment with Mohammed and he was sending Adrian out, Adrian happen to be over an hour late, showed up with his kids confirmed it was what my dad believed it was, he had the part and I have the money to pay.
