I honestly don't go anywhere else anymore. Keaton is a great guy, super friendly, reasonable, and skilled with a wrench. Customer service is big for me and he delivers every time. Being able to bring my own parts is also a huge selling point for me. Most shops peddle average parts at twice the cost, where these guys make the experience much more affordable, and I have the security of knowing the parts o bought will take care of me for years to come. Can't recommend this guy enough.
DO NOT LET KEATON TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE without confirming he has worked on the same model before. I used them because they were able to come out the earliest. Their pricing was about 20% higher than anyone else, but I needed my vehicle. After replacing my batteries they neglected to test the BCM and ensure no fuses were blown. Well, they FRIED MY BCM. We had an outstanding experience with Keaton for a pre-purchase inspection, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly! He went above and beyond from the very start. Truly great mechanic. My husband and I had a pre purchase vehicle inspection with Keaton and he did a spectacular job. Very precise, very careful to evaluate every aspect of the car. He send us a very accurate report with many photos as well. I would definitely recommend to have him as a mechanic to anyone I know.
We were trying to purchase a vehicle remote. We are in Dallas, vehicle in Denver. Keaton did go out of his way to quickly go look at the vehicle. We asked specifically about the condition….rust, tires, etc. We got a report about brake fluid, oil, etc with no photos or remarks about the body, rust scratches or dents.
