Pointless waste of time. Booked and never turned messaged to see where he was and aparantly still stuck on another job never bothered to come later in the day or arrange another time after.
Dreadful, unprofessional service from start to finish. Definitely do not recommend. Messaged an hour and a half after appointment time to say he wasn’t coming because his wife had a sickness bug, came and did the job a different day but left the driveway covered in coolant he’d leaked from the car and the car running sluggish. When asked about it told my partner I was obviously “driving the car wrong” and asked him “if he wanted to fight about it”. Very helpful and skillful mechanic. We broke down off the M5 and he was able to check the vehicle quickly and get us on the road ASAP. Highly recommended.
