What can I say, Alex came to our rescue. We posted on a Car Dealer group like a damsel in distress asking for help for a customer warranty job we had within the GL20 area, Alex kindly offered to help & what greater feeling telling our customer we had found someone mobile for her to say she already uses him for servicing. (winner winner chicken dinner). Alex came up trumps, sorted out the repair on the Nissan Elgrand at the customers house and kept me updated the whole way through. Alex fixed my car at very short notice after I broke down. Collected it the day I called, and went above and beyond to get it repaired as soon as possible. Even kept it at his house while awaiting parts. A hard grafter who I highly recommend.
Pointless waste of time. Booked and never turned messaged to see where he was and aparantly still stuck on another job never bothered to come later in the day or arrange another time after.
Dreadful, unprofessional service from start to finish. Definitely do not recommend. Messaged an hour and a half after appointment time to say he wasn’t coming because his wife had a sickness bug, came and did the job a different day but left the driveway covered in coolant he’d leaked from the car and the car running sluggish. When asked about it told my partner I was obviously “driving the car wrong” and asked him “if he wanted to fight about it”.
